Adam Allington

Adam Allington holds significant leadership experience in strategy, performance, and policy within various government agencies in New Zealand. Currently serving as General Manager of Strategy Insights and Performance at Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children, Adam has previously held key roles including Head of Strategy and Performance, Manager of Policy at the National Emergency Management Agency (NZ), and Manager of Governance & Project Management at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development. Adam's career also includes contributions as Lead - Information in the establishment team of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development and as National Manager for both the Housing Programme and Strategic Advisory at the Ministry of Social Development.
