Ivy Hai

Ivy Hai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business reporting and data analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Business Reporting at Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children since October 2020, Ivy specializes in developing reports using SAS and Power BI, handling ad hoc data requests, and leading the Business Information Squad as Scrum Master. Previously, Ivy held the role of Senior Business Application Analyst at the Tertiary Education Commission, focusing on product ownership and stakeholder representation for MS Dynamics CRM. Ivy also served as BI and CRM Manager at UNICEF New Zealand, where responsibilities included implementing a CRM program aimed at enhancing marketing ROI and designing performance reports using Power BI. Earlier career experience includes a role as Data and Financial Analyst at UNICEF and Admin Support Team Leader at Accident Compensation Corporation. Ivy earned a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration with a focus on Econometrics and Money & Finance from Victoria University of Wellington and holds a Certificate in Direct Marketing from the Market Association.
