Ahmad Osmat Mumar

Ahmad Osmat Mumar is a seasoned professional in the fields of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as MEAL Coordinator at Orange Organization since January 2021, Ahmad previously held the position of Senior MEAL Officer at the same organization. Additional roles include Research Fellow at the American Center for Levant Studies, MEAL Officer at World Vision, and Director of the Youth Empowerment Institute at the Syrian Humanitarian Institute for National Empowerment (SHINE). Ahmad also has a background in administrative engineering from Aleppo University and possesses multiple advanced degrees, including a BTEC Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from Pearson College London, an Executive MBA in International Management, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Applied Economics and Financial Analysis at Kütahya Dumlupınar University.
