Denise Panebianco

Denise Panebianco has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Denise started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Bergen Regional Medical Center in 1999, where they managed the hiring process and conducted employee reviews. Denise then moved on to Mediacom Communications as a Human Resources Supervisor, overseeing HR activities for a large workforce and managing benefit administration, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Denise then joined Elant, Inc as a Human Resources Manager/Director, before transitioning to Middletown Park Rehabilitation and Health Care Center as a Human Resources Manager, where they created and oversaw the HR department. Denise then served as a Human Resources Operations Manager at Elant, where they handled recruitment, employee relations, training, and benefit administration issues. Currently, Denise is working at Orange Bank & Trust Company as a VP | Human Resources & Training Manager, responsible for various HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, benefit administration, and payroll management.

Denise Panebianco completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Ramapo College of New Jersey between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from SUNY Orange, from 1992 to 1995.

In terms of additional certifications, Denise obtained a COVID-19 Safety Manager Certification from BankersWeb in September 2020. Denise also completed a COVID-19 Contact Tracing certification through Coursera in August 2020.
