Amine Rais

Amine Rais currently serves as the Responsable achats IT at Orange Bank, responsible for the acquisition of IT goods and services within the banking environment, including hardware, software updates, and server hosting. As a founding member and President of the Internal Affairs Committee at the Association ATCA, Rais contributes to the Tunisian purchasing community. Previously, Rais was the Responsable achats for Orange Middle East and Africa, managing procurement for 17 entities across Africa, and held the position of Chef de service achats IT/Télécom at Orange Tunisie, overseeing a team focused on technical purchases. Early career roles included IT support positions at the Observatoire National du Sport de la Tunisie and the Institut Supérieur des Sports et de l'Education Physique. Rais holds a professional certification in Purchasing Management from ESCA Ecole de Management and a High Technician Diploma in Computer from The Higher Institute of Technological Studies of Nabeul.
