Essence Gaodumelwe

Essence Gaodumelwe serves as the Executive Vice President of the Botswana Badminton Association since April 2022, focusing on policy initiation and stakeholder engagement. In addition, Essence has been a Database Administrator at Orange Botswana since June 2021 and the Technical Director at Wheel Of Waves Holdings (Pty) Ltd since August 2016, overseeing company logistics including marketing and branding. As the founder and Badminton Ambassador of the Infinite Shuttle Badminton Club, Essence is dedicated to the development of young athletes under the age of twelve. Previously, as a Computer Studies Teacher at Madiba Senior Secondary School from May 2013 to April 2015, Essence taught students while providing support for various ICT systems. Essence holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Teesside University and an Honors Diploma in Business & Information Technology from the National Institution of Information and Technology.
