Lisa Fredrich has over three decades of experience in customer support and service design within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Head of Service Design Center Americas at Orange Business Services since December 2008, Lisa has held various leadership roles, including Service Design Leader, Client Business Director, and Pre Sales Service Management Architect. Prior to joining Orange Business Services, Lisa worked at Equant as a project manager and at Global One in customer support roles, culminating in a position as Customer Support Manager. Lisa began her career at Sprint in customer support. Educational background includes a degree from Western Colorado University.
