Shirley-Joan Collie

Shirley-Joan Collie is an experienced professional in people development and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Regional People Development Business Partner and overseeing People Development & Learning for the Americas at Orange Business since March 2001. Shirley-Joan has held significant roles, including Head of Global Management School and Head of Leadership and Organizational Development at Orange Business. Prior to this, Shirley-Joan worked at PA Consulting Group as Practice Head and People Development Consultant from September 2000 to February 2005. Educational qualifications include a Personal and Professional Certificate in Coaching from Concordia University, an Honours Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Philosophy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Keele University, and additional studies at McGill University and The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
