Jessica Padilla

Jessica Padilla has a vast work experience spanning over two decades. Jessica began their career at Infinito Stores in 1995, where they worked as a Sales Associate until 1999. From 1999 onwards, they joined the Orange County Clerk of Courts. Jessica held various roles within the company, starting as an Assistant Division Manager and gradually progressing to higher positions such as Division Manager and Assistant Court Director. Eventually, they transitioned into data analytics and project management, taking on roles as Assistant Director of Court Analytics, Assistant Director of Data Quality and Analytics, and eventually becoming the Director of Data Analytics and Quality. Jessica currently holds the position of Director of Data Quality and Analytics at Orange County Clerk of Courts.

Jessica Padilla earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Universidad de Puerto Rico - Recinto Universitario de Mayaguez. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Data Visualization Literacy: Expert 87th Percentile from Pluralsight in January 2023.
