Patrick Baughman

Patrick Baughman has extensive experience in fire protection and emergency response, currently serving as the US&R Cache Manager at the Orange County Fire Authority since September 2019. Prior to this role, Patrick worked as a Fire Protection Specialist for the City of Torrance from March 2016 to July 2019 and as a Fire Marshal at Southern California Edison from January 2014 to March 2016, where responsibilities included responding to emergency and non-emergency calls at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station. Education includes a Fire Academy Graduate certification in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Santa Ana College and earlier studies in Printing Technology at Pasadena City College, along with attendance at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
