Heidi Zuckerman has a long and varied career in the art world. Heidi began their career in 1993 as an Assistant Curator of 20th Century Art at The Jewish Museum. In 1999, they became the Chair of the Curatorial Department at the Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive. In 2005, they were appointed CEO and Director of the Aspen Art Museum. In 2018, they were a Planning Consultant at the Beirut Museum of Art - BeMA, a Board Director at Best & Co., and a Board Director at HiZ.art. In 2020, they were a Board Director at Kelly Klee Private Insurance and a Board Director and Chief Strategic Adviser at Avant Arte. In 2021, they were appointed CEO and Director of the Orange County Museum of Art. Finally, in 2022, they became an Art Commissioner for the City of Costa Mesa.
Heidi Zuckerman holds a Bachelor of Art in History from the University of Pennsylvania. Heidi also holds a Master of Arts in Art History from Hunter College, which they obtained in 1997. In 2018, they completed the Women on Boards program at Harvard Business School Executive Education. Most recently, they completed the Advanced Leadership Program at Stagen Leadership Academy in 2020.
