Leighton Carter attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Painting and Printmaking. Leighton then attended Laguna College of Art and Design from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) with an emphasis in Illustration.
