Hillary Weber

Hillary Weber, MPA, is an experienced water management professional currently serving as the Assistant Water Division Manager for Orange County Government since September 2025. Previously, Hillary held the position of Chief Technical Services Officer at Toho Water Authority from June 2023 to August 2025 and served as Deputy Utilities Director at Pinellas County Government from December 2019 to May 2023. Additional roles include Water Division Manager for the City of Tarpon Springs, Florida, Chief Environmental Scientist for Hillsborough County, and Microbiology Lab & Field Supervisor at WaterOne.
