Warren Lakhan Mpa

Warren Lakhan MPA, CAP, has extensive experience in public administration and contract management, currently serving as an Administrator for Orange County Government since June 2012. Prior roles include Quality Assurance Consultant for the Orange County Family Services Department, where responsibilities involved the Ryan White Part A Office, and Senior Contract Administrator for Orange County Government, overseeing over 7 million dollars in grant-funded social services programs. Warren also contributed to education as an Adjunct Instructor at Florida Southern College, teaching a Capstone Class in Strategic Management. Earlier career positions include Senior Community Corrections Officer at the Orange County Corrections Department and State Certified DUI Instructor with the Central Florida Safety Council. Warren's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from the University of Central Florida, studies in Digital Electronics at New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Adelphi University.
