Casey Waugh

Casey Waugh, Ed.D, serves as the Senior Administrator for the Southeast Learning Community at Orange County Public Schools since August 2022. With extensive experience in educational leadership, Waugh has held various roles, including Senior Administrator at Maynard Evans High School and Instructional Coach at Freedom High School. As an AVID Staff Developer since May 2012, Waugh specializes in digital eLearning projects and provides professional learning to educators nationwide. Waugh's educational journey includes a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Central Florida, a Master’s degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment from Walden University, and a Bachelor’s degree in English Education from the University of Central Florida.
