Deborah Mazzeo is a seasoned educator and administrator with extensive experience in program evaluation and research within public education. Currently serving as a Senior Administrator at Orange County Public Schools since October 2021, Deborah leads the Research Application Process and supports internal survey development and analyses. Previous roles include Program Specialist at Orange County Public Schools, Cultural and Linguistics Practices Coordinator at ZERO TO THREE, and Owner/CEO of Dr. Deb's Education Consulting. Deborah's background features significant contributions to early childhood education, equity practices, dual language programs, and comprehensive assessments, supported by a Ph.D. in Global Leadership from Lynn University.
