Lauren Roth

Lauren Roth currently serves as the Assistant Director of Public Relations at Orange County Public Schools, a position held since May 2015, where leadership of a team focuses on internal and external communication, including speeches and social media. Previously, Lauren managed media and public relations for the largest K-12 school construction program in the nation, overseeing the construction of 64 new schools and the renovation of 132 since 2002. Lauren's journalism career includes roles as a reporter for various publications such as the Orlando Sentinel, The Virginian-Pilot, The Scranton Times-Tribune, and The Times Leader. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and a Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University.
