Rocky Williams is an experienced facilities management professional with a solid background in construction administration and project management. Currently serving as Senior Facilities Manager for Asset Protection at Orange County Public Schools since April 2013, Rocky oversees the implementation of the Digital Curriculum Pilot Program. Previous roles include MEP Design Review at Paredes Design Consultants Corp., QA/QC Engineer and Construction Administrator at SGM Engineering, and Construction Administrator at Charlan Brock and Associates, where responsibilities encompassed review of project documentation and contractor pay applications. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Project Manager at the Orange County Convention Center, managing significant MEP contractor pay applications, and as Senior Fire Plans Examiner for the City of Orlando, working on high-profile projects and municipal initiatives.
