Shannon Latimer, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and business leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Administrator and District Program Manager at Orange County Public Schools since October 2015, Shannon plays a key role in ensuring college and career readiness for Central Florida students through collaboration with community leaders. Shannon also contributes as a Board Member for the Florida Prosperity Partnership since January 2021, focusing on elevating financial capability initiatives. As the Owner of Taylored Designs since 2002, Shannon has successfully managed marketing solutions and brand awareness projects for various clients. Previous experience includes roles as a Teacher, Academy Director, and Yearbook Advisor at Winter Springs High School, and significant positions at JCPenney, culminating as a Merchandising Operations Project Manager. Shannon holds an MBA from Baylor University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Communication and Media Studies, and Journalism from the University of Florida.
