Shontai Baca

Shontai Baca, MBA, currently serves as a Business Education Teacher at Orange County Public Schools since January 2023. With a diverse teaching background, Shontai has also held positions as a High School Mathematics Teacher for Osceola County School District and a Long Term Substitute Teacher with Kelly. In addition to education, Shontai's experience includes roles as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Orlando Health and Covid-19 Coordinator at AdventHealth. As an active member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. since April 2013, Shontai contributes as both Programs Chair and NPHC Representative, and has represented the sorority in the Metro Orlando NPHC since August 2017. Academically, Shontai holds a Professional MBA in Marketing from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science from Valencia College, among other qualifications.
