Mike Gavel is an experienced maintenance technician and lead maintenance technician with a strong background in providing comprehensive maintenance services. Currently serving as a Maintenance Technician Floater at Far West Management since February 2018, and as the Lead Maintenance Technician for the Orange County Rescue Mission since August 2016, Mike oversees maintenance across multiple campuses and manages various construction and repair projects. Previous experience includes roles as Lead Server at Beachcomber Cafe, Server Trainer at Le Pain Quotidien, and Assistant Manager at Target, highlighting expertise in customer service, team leadership, and organizational skills. Mike holds a diploma in General Studies from Horton Watkins High School and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia.
