Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Orange County Rescue Mission is responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and values. This team, comprised of the President, Chief Human Resources and Compliance Officer, CFO, and Chief Executive Officer, develops and implements strategies for programmatic, financial, and operational growth. They oversee the execution of initiatives aimed at providing comprehensive assistance to those in need, including guidance, counseling, education, job training, and holistic community support. Their leadership emphasizes servanthood, integrity, accountability, and fostering a culture of hope and excellence.
