Sarah Smylie is a seasoned Talent Strategy Consultant at Potential Energy Talent Solutions, focusing on enhancing organizational equity and effectiveness through strategic talent management and performance systems. Sarah serves as an elected board member for the Orange County Schools Board of Education, currently chairing the Student Achievement Committee.
