Kim Nguyen has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as an Operations Analyst II at the Orange County Superior Court since July 2014, with a progression through various roles including Business Systems Analyst I and Legal Processing Specialist II. Prior experience includes working as a Legal Assistant at Blakeley LLP and as a Receptionist/Marketing & Publications Assistant at L. Raymond & Associates. Kim Nguyen holds a Master's degree in Legal and Forensic Psychology from the University of California, Irvine, along with dual Bachelor's degrees in Criminology, Law, & Society and Psychology & Social Behaviors. Educational background includes an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Orange Coast College and graduation from Fountain Valley High School.

The Superior Court of California, County of Orange, is the fifth largest trial court in the nation. The Court handles over 500,000 annual case filings and serves the County’s population, which exceeds 3 million. The Court operates five justice centers, in eight locations throughout Orange County, and handles all types of state cases including civil, criminal, traffic, family, juvenile, and probate. We have over 140 judicial officer positions and employ over 1500 people in more than 70 different job classifications to perform a wide range of functions including accounting, office and courtroom support, computer programming and system support, legal research, family mediation services, and administrative management.
