Orange County Superior Court
Nikyle Nguyen is an experienced application developer with a strong background in software engineering and project leadership. Currently serving as an Application Developer III at Orange County Superior Court since April 2020, Nikyle leads the development of advanced projects, including a cloud application for court case management and an AI platform for document processing. Previous roles include Software Engineer at Physical Optics Corporation, Embedded Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman, and various positions at California State University, Fullerton, where Nikyle contributed to research and developed educational tools. Nikyle also completed an internship at Unisys, leading a team to create an extension for Visual Studio. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Fullerton, and an Associate of Arts and Associate of Science from Orange Coast College.
Orange County Superior Court
The Superior Court of California, County of Orange, is the fifth largest trial court in the nation. The Court handles over 500,000 annual case filings and serves the County’s population, which exceeds 3 million. The Court operates five justice centers, in eight locations throughout Orange County, and handles all types of state cases including civil, criminal, traffic, family, juvenile, and probate. We have over 140 judicial officer positions and employ over 1500 people in more than 70 different job classifications to perform a wide range of functions including accounting, office and courtroom support, computer programming and system support, legal research, family mediation services, and administrative management.
