Irene Tan

Irene Tan is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Representative at the Orange County Transportation Authority since March 2023, Irene previously held the position of Human Resources Analyst at the City of Ontario for one year. From February 2016 to March 2022, Irene worked at the U.S. District Courts in several capacities, including Human Resources Specialist, Generalist, and Coordinator. Earlier experience includes roles as a Recruiting Assistant and Human Resources Intern at The CIM Group, and an internship at CBS Television Distribution, where assistance was provided to the VP of Human Resources. Irene's initial experience in HR began with an internship at Staffmark. Irene holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from California State University Fullerton, attained in 2015.
