Jennifer Cahill

Jennifer Cahill has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager at the Orange County Transportation Authority since 1996, overseeing a team of twelve in Employment, Compensation, and Benefits. Previously held the role of Senior HR Business Partner, providing strategic consulting to management and project management. Jennifer's earlier experience includes working as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Clarkson Hospital, where significant improvements in employee satisfaction and company knowledge were achieved through redesigned programs. Additionally, Jennifer served as a Human Resources Generalist at the American Red Cross and as Branch Manager at Manpower Temporary Services. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Creighton University, completed in 1981.
