Kimberly Tucker

Kimberly Tucker is an experienced transportation professional currently serving as Department Manager for Scheduling and Bus Operations Support at the Orange County Transportation Authority since April 2021. Previous roles include Section Manager for Transit Planning at the same organization and Director of Service Planning at North County Transit District, where responsibilities encompassed service planning for multiple bus routes, performance monitoring, and management of a substantial capital improvement program. Additional experience includes roles as Transportation Program Manager and Transit Planner at North County Transit District, where Kimberly led various projects, including the development of standard operating procedures and federal grant applications. Earlier work also includes an internship focused on cost reduction at the City of Los Angeles. Kimberly holds a Master of Planning in Transportation Planning from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
