Nicole Sanchez

Nicole Sanchez, MBA, currently serves as the Finance Manager for Accounting Operations at the Orange County Transportation Authority since January 2023. With extensive experience in financial management, Nicole held various roles at the City of Anaheim from November 2006 to December 2022, including Administrative/Financial Services Manager (Acting), where oversight was provided for a $260 million budget, and Administrative Analyst, responsible for managing a total Capital and Operating budget of $260 million. Nicole also served as Principal Accountant, managing $140 million in water utility funds, and Accountant, focusing on monitoring and analyzing various grant programs. Earlier experience includes working as an Accounting Specialist and Accounting Technician at SBCERA. Educational credentials include an MBA in Accounting and Finance from California Baptist University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and an Associate of Arts from San Bernardino Valley College.
