Phillip Zirges

Phillip Zirges is an experienced maintenance instructor currently serving at the Orange County Transportation Authority since June 2008. Phillip specializes in problem solving, troubleshooting, and aiding others in the adoption of new technology to enhance performance. Responsibilities at OCTA encompass the development of the high voltage Bus Maintenance Electrical Safety Program, teaching, training development, and providing technical support, including oversight of the Diagnostic Laptop Program and Maintenance Data Base administration.
