Robert Davis

Robert Davis is an experienced professional in the field of finance and public administration, currently serving as the Department Manager of Treasury & Public Finance at the Orange County Transportation Authority since July 2019. Prior to this role, Robert spent over a decade at the City of San Diego, where responsibilities included serving as Program Coordinator from November 2008 to July 2019 and as Senior Management Analyst from February 2002 to 2008. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University, completed between 1993 and 1996.
