Angely Andrade Vallarta has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. They most recently served as the Director of Corporate Engagement at Orange County United Way, where they managed corporate engagement initiatives. Prior to that, they held the role of Associate Director and Corporate Engagement Manager at the same organization. Before joining Orange County United Way, Angely worked as a Case Manager at The Ledger Law Firm. Additionally, they gained valuable experience working with the Hawaii State Senate as a Bills Analyst, where they conducted research and provided recommendations on proposed amendments. Angely also held significant positions at Hawaii Residency Programs, serving as a Program Administrator for the University of Hawaii Pediatric Residency Program and a Program Coordinator for the University of Hawaii Internal Medicine Residency Program. In these roles, they implemented improvements, supported recruitment efforts, and successfully led teams through accreditation visits and audits.

Angely Andrade Vallarta holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Their field of study during this time was Public Administration. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from St. John's University. Angely further pursued their education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Public Administration.
