Kathleen Laurin (Kat)

Kathleen (Kat) Laurin currently serves as the Corporate Engagement Manager at Orange County United Way since November 2022. With extensive experience in event management and coordination, Kat has held various roles including Executive Meeting Manager at Pyramid Hotel Group and Event Manager at Highgate Hotels. As a long-time Board Member of CHUBASCOS BODYSURFING ASSOCIATION and a Family Support Worker with California MENTOR, Kat has demonstrated a commitment to community engagement and mentoring. Prior experience includes positions in catering coordination, special event sales, and coaching young swimmers with CERRITOS AQUATIC CLUB and USA Swimming. Kat's educational background includes studies at California State University, Fullerton, Cypress College, Long Beach City College, and Cerritos High School.
