Raven Gates

Raven Gates serves as a Grants and Contracts Specialist at Orange County United Way since October 2022, overseeing the operations of OC Free Tax Prep, including managing community partnerships, grant administration, and volunteer recruitment. In addition to this role, Raven owns Made By Yub, organizing daily operations and marketing, while also working as a Transaction Coordinator for Real Estate Agent JoAnn Baptiste, managing buy and sell transactions. Prior experience includes roles as a Real Estate Agent at Nationwide Real Estate Executives, Intern & Administrative Assistant at Women's Journey Foundation, and Administrative Manager at Driving Force Group. Raven holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Post University and a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies from California State University San Marcos.
