Rob Kent has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rob is currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Engagement at Orange County United Way, leading the digital transformation of philanthropy by selling Salesforce Philanthropy Cloud to companies in Southern California. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Sales and Alliances at Key Information Systems, where they provided compute, storage, and networking solutions for advanced software-defined data centers. Rob also served as the Director of Worldwide Channel Sales and Marketing at Rocket Software, developing and executing channel sales strategies for software growth in the cloud and on-premise licenses. Additionally, they were the Senior Director and General Manager of the IBM Global Alliance at NetApp, responsible for the sales of cloud-optimized storage solutions on a global scale. Rob also held roles at Arrow ECS and IBM. At Arrow ECS, they led a sales team and drove revenue through value-added remarketers, while at IBM, they held various executive positions, developing global channels organizations and managing relationships with partners and solution providers.

Rob Kent has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Political Science from UCLA. Rob also holds an MBA degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from Pepperdine University. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Maine. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Rob attended Rumford High School.
