Benjamin T. Smith, P.E. has extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Benjamin T. started their career as an Engineering Intern at Always Engineering, Inc. from 2008 to 2009, gaining experience in drafting, land surveying, and engineering technician roles.
In 2010, Benjamin joined the Orange County Water District as Director of Recharge and Wetland Operations, where they managed and oversaw a team of 20+ staff.
