Jori Van Riet is a Customer Service Manager at Orange Cyberdefense Belgium, having joined in July 2016, previously serving as a Service Desk Engineer in the same organization. In the role of Customer Service Manager, Jori focuses on defining collaboration methodologies with customers, improving processes, and fostering strong interlocks between operational teams.
