Belén Agüero

Belén Agüero has a diverse work experience across various industries. In 2017, they worked as an Ayudante de Cátedra de Química I y Química II at Universidad Austral, Argentina. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Pasante de Producción y Mantenimiento at SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions. In 2019, they worked as an Asistente de Marketing at Bosch and later as an Analista Comercial en ProPymes at Ternium. In 2020, they joined Coldwell Banker as a COO, where they were responsible for team development and leadership, marketing strategy execution, and overseeing sales objectives and performance metrics. Currently, they are working at Orange Digital CX as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Admin, starting in 2023.

Belén Agüero began their education at Colegio Trilingüe Academia Arguello in 2007 and completed their studies there in 2015. Belén obtained a Bachiller degree with a specialization in Social Sciences and Foreign Languages. In 2016, Belén enrolled at Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires and pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering. Belén graduated from Universidad Austral in 2020 with a Grado in Industrial Engineering.

Belén further expanded their knowledge and skills by earning various certifications. In 2021, they completed the "Negociación 4.0" course offered by IAE Business School. In 2020, they obtained the "Data Science Orientation" certification from IBM and the "Fundamentos de Excel para Negocios" certification from Universidad Austral, Argentina.

In the year 2023, Belén enrolled in Trailhead by Salesforce to pursue an Expeditioner degree. As part of their ongoing professional development, Belén has also obtained several certifications related to Salesforce and marketing. In 2023, they achieved the "Salesforce Certified Associate" designation from Salesforce, the "Salesforce Marketing Cloud Essentials" certification from Orange Digital CX, and the "Salesforce Administrator Course" certification from WomenForceIT.

Additionally, Belén has acquired language proficiency certifications. In 2015, they obtained the "AICE, Advanced International Certificate of Education" from the University of Cambridge. In the same year, they also achieved the "DELF B1, diplôme d'études en langue française" certification from Alianza Francesa de Buenos Aires. Prior to that, in 2013, they obtained the "IGCSE - International General Certificate of Secondary Education" from the University of Cambridge, as well as the "DELF A2, diplôme d'études en langue française" certification from Alianza Francesa de Buenos Aires. In 2012, they obtained the "DELF A1, diplôme d'études en langue française" certification from Alianza Francesa de Buenos Aires.
