Paco Alcaraz

Paco Alcaraz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Manager and previously as a Commercial Offer Manager for the B2B segment at France Telecom Spain since October 2001. Paco also holds the position of Head of Data Product Marketing and Devices for the Business Market. Prior to joining France Telecom, Paco worked as a Business Decision Manager in the Strategic Planning Department at Soluziona and as a Senior Consultant at Microsoft. Educational credentials include a degree in Telecommunications - Digital Systems from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, as well as qualifications in Corporate Finance from IE Business School and Relational Marketing from Esade.
