Pedro Luis Cosgaya Dangelo

Pedro Luis Cosgaya Dangelo has extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as Coordinador Competence Center OSS and Responsable Delivery Rollout Backbone IP at Orange España since April 2015. Previous roles include Project Manager for various network rollout projects and Core Network Engineer at Jazztel and Altran, where responsibilities involved project management and quality assurance for IMS Core. Additional experience includes engineering positions at Ericsson, NSN, Nokia Siemens Networks, and Telefónica, focusing on integration, configuration, and maintenance of telecom systems. Pedro holds a Specialist Degree in Network Management and Business from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and an Electronic Engineering degree from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
