Richard Villarreal has a diverse work experience in various manufacturing and engineering roles. In 2010, they worked as an Operations Manager at Ultrax. From 2012 to 2012, they served as a Project Manager at Pivot, managing the design, verification, and manufacturing of new medical equipment lines. Richard then worked at Digital Ally Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer for new Equipment Development from 2013 to 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Manufacturing Project Engineer at Harley Davidson. Subsequently, they worked at CFM as a Site Director contract. In 2018, they became the Plant Quality Manager at Smiths Interconnect until 2019 when they took up a managerial role at Unemployed at this time. In 2020, they joined Thermo Fisher Scientific Shawnee KS as a Site Manufacturing Engineer Manager, and in 2021, they became the Plant Project Manager ENG at Lake City Ammo Plant. Currently, they hold the position of a Manufacturing Engineer at Orange EV.
Richard Villarreal earned their Bachelor's degree in Administration with a focus on Manufacturing & History from Park University, where they attended from 1993 to 1995. Prior to this, they pursued their degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Production at Eastern New Mexico University from 1984 to 1986.
