Heshan Niluka

Heshan Niluka has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Operations Manager at Orange Hospitality Limited since November 2016, with a progression to Director of Operations and prior experience as Restaurant Manager. Heshan held the position of Assistant Manager at Il Borro Tuscan Bistro Dubai from January 2017 to April 2021, and before that worked as Head Waiter at Billionaire Mansion from February 2016 to November 2016. Heshan's career began at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Resort - BICE Italian Restaurant, where responsibilities included supervising restaurant operations from January 2007 to February 2016. Heshan is known for delivering outstanding food and beverage service, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests, particularly catering to VIP clients. Educational qualifications include a degree from Srilanka International Hotel School from 2003 to 2005 and a high school education from St. Benedict’s College, Colombo.
