Alaa Omar is a professional with experience in service performance analysis and technical support within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Senior Service Performance Analyst at Orange Jordan since September 2022, Alaa previously worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Globitel from July 2021 to August 2022.
