Muna Shaban has extensive experience in billing, risk management, and customer support within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Commercial Billing & Support Manager at Orange Jordan since December 2008, Muna has taken on additional responsibilities, including overseeing the Service Delivery department. Previous roles at Orange Jordan include Billing & Commercial Support Manager and Commercial Billing Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing bill cycles, ensuring billing accuracy, and implementing improved processes. Prior experience includes positions at Jordan Telecom Group as Risk & Government Relations Manager and at MobileCom as Risk & Government Relations Supervisor, where Muna built processes aligned with ISO standards and managed collections and risk analysis. Muna holds a degree in English Literature from Mutah University.
