Samuel Brown Jr.

Samuel Brown Jr., MISM, has extensive experience in management, data analysis, and event coordination. Currently serving as the Director of Call Center Product Development at Holiday Inn Club Vacations since March 2013, Samuel has held various roles, including Director of Data & CRM Systems and Manager of Data & CRM Systems. Prior experience includes event coordination for the Edgerrin James Foundation, where over 300 young athletes were mentored, and an Insurance Analyst II position with the State of Florida, focusing on IT support and compliance investigations. In addition, Samuel served as President of Browns Properties & Investors Inc., overseeing real estate investments, and held positions in payroll and sales management. Samuel holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and multiple certifications, including Certified Salesforce Admin.
