Ian Hill

Head of Business Development & Sales Enablement at Orange Logic

Ian Hill has worked in various roles in the business development and sales enablement fields since 2011. Theirwork experience includes being the owner/booker of Admiral Benbow from 2011-2015, a BDR Team Lead at TINYpulse from 2015-2018, a Global Sales Account Executive at WordStream from 2018-2019, a Director of Business Development at anecdotes from 2021-2022, and currently a Head of Business Development & Sales Enablement at Orange Logic since 2022. Ian has been responsible for sales team architecture, CRM migrations, sales approaches, A/B testing, and quota attainment. Ian has also been responsible for helping companies streamline and optimize their online marketing presence, closing business into multiple countries, and training new BDRs in various software platforms.

Ian Hill completed an Associate of Arts - AA in Music Business at Musicians Institute from 2004 to 2005. Ian then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Business - Organizational Development at Southern New Hampshire University from 2015 to 2026.
