Kayla Pennoyer

Kayla Pennoyer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2020, they took on the role of Lead Implementation Specialist at Orange Logic, where they led a team of three to configure complex workflows for a prominent tech company. Prior to this, they were a Database Administrator and Lead Instructor at OpenSpot Theatre from 2017-2018, a Digital Asset & Web Content Manager at ICON Interactive from 2018-2020, a Library Technician at Ann Arbor District Library from 2012-2018, a Substitute Teacher at Professional Educational Services Group, LLC from 2012-2018, and a Sales and Logistics Associate at Old Navy from 2011-2012.

Kayla Pennoyer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language Teacher Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 2008 and 2012. Kayla then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from Wayne State University between 2016 and 2018. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from Coursera: "Understanding User Needs" in April 2020 and "Introduction to User Experience Principles and Processes" in March 2020.
