Rachel E. Michaels

Rachel E. Michaels has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Rachel E. is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at Orange Logic since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Paycom from 2019 to 2022 in different roles, including Executive Implementation Project Manager and Senior Implementation Project Manager, where they managed the implementation process and coordinated with internal parties.

Rachel also has experience in leadership positions. Rachel E. served as the President of the Kappa Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi from 2018 to 2019, leading weekly meetings and managing an 11-member Executive Board. Before that, they were the Vice President of Administration from 2017 to 2018, responsible for planning and organization.

Additionally, Rachel worked as an Amazon Prime Student Brand Ambassador at Fuse Marketing, LLC from 2017 to 2018, focusing on improving consumer engagement through marketing efforts. Rachel E. also served as Co-Captain of the University of Oregon Women's Club Water Polo from 2015 to 2018, creating a cohesive and competitive team environment.

Rachel started their career as a Business Development Intern at Zebo in 2017, where they assisted the CEO with lead generation, data management, and content production.

Rachel E. Michaels has a diverse education history. In 2013, they attended The Freestyle Academy of Communication Arts & Technology, where they studied Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. From 2015 to 2019, Rachel pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration at the University of Oregon. During their undergraduate studies, they also had the opportunity to study at the Copenhagen Business School in 2018, focusing on Business Administration and Management. In 2020, Rachel enrolled at the University of Southern California and obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Project Management in 2021. Alongside their formal education, Rachel has also obtained various certifications. In 2020, they became Implementation Certified and Product Certified through Paycom. Rachel E. also holds a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the University of Oklahoma, obtained in April 2021.
