Bill Gilligan

Bill Gilligan is currently the CTO and CEO of Orange Marmalade. Bill has previously worked as a webmaster, Chief Technology Officer, and Managing Owner of Gilligan & Ferneman, LLC, and as a Senior Lead Site Engineer and Web Developer for Online Focus, Inc. and Oral Roberts University.

Bill Gilligan's educational career began when they graduated from high school from Abington Heights High School. Bill then went on to study at Oral Roberts University in the field of Divinity.
