Prior to ORFIL, she was the AVP in Internal Audit for Fullerton India, where she was handling the Risk Containment Unit and Fraud Control Process.

Prior to Fullerton, she had a stint at Janalakshmi Financial Services Ltd as AVP – Head of Functional Audits, where she introduced the concept of Offsite Audit (centralization of few audit checks) which translated into a reduction in Branch Audit man days and costs.
